Though the halls of governments are filled with elected officials who have long since sold their honor, there are outstanding exceptions. Bill Vander Zalm, the former Canadian Premier for British Columbia, is one such exception. Vander Zalm recently visited Redding, California, where we met and discussed the subject of global climate intervention programs. In the interview below the former Canadian Premier speaks candidly about global climate engineering and his efforts to uncover information from the Canadian government about it. Our once thriving biosphere is imploding, converging catastrophes are closing in from every direction, and even now the majority of the masses are completely unaware. Does this fact mean the efforts to sound the alarm are futile? Absolutely not. Denial of reality will not be an option for much longer, and in the meantime, it is essential for us all to do everything in our power to pass on critical and verifiable information.
The battle to expose and halt climate engineering has been very long and arduous, but we must not lose our stride in this most critical fight. Each and every one of us is needed to help to move the fight forward, each and every one of us must play our part. DW
On April 29 Peter A. Kirby did a presentation (video below) in San Francisco outlining some of his research and theories on the Chemtrails we see in the sky above us almost every day in most parts of the Western world and on how they got there.
For Peter this marked the end of Phase 1 of what he sees as a long-term research project to document one of the most ambitious and potentially devastating scientific and industrial projects ever conceived by man.
In his book and in the lecture below he outlines many, many of the institutions and documented players in the project; each of which has a past and a paper trail that can give us a deeper look into what’s been done and where we may be going.
Peter has good reason to compare this with the gigantic and covert venture by the U.S. Deep State to create the atom bomb during WWII.
Starting in 2009 he began digging into books, magazines, libraries, government reports and the Internet to find information to explain the officially denied and yet in-your-face program of enormously extensive spraying of chemicals from planes being seen and documented all over the world.
By the time Kirby started his research, there was, as he says in his book, already a problem; not of too little information but of too much.
There were dozens of books and documents covering various aspects of a project that was obviously too big to sweep under the rug. But there was nothing that tied it all together and got to the bottom of what was going on.
Peter found, though, that there were smoking guns all along the trails of evidence; many in government and research papers, in professional journals, and in unbelievably candid statements made by scientists and project leaders that piqued his curiosity and lead him deeper into the truth.
He shares all this material, and his deductions from it in “Chemtrails Exposed” and in this video presentation.
(Natural News) A few weeks ago, New York Times Magazine ran a column that asks if it’s ok “to tinker with the environment to fight climate change.” The piece, written by Jon Gertner, discusses a proposal made by Harvard Professor David Keith to use ten Gulfstream jets to spray 25,000 tons of liquid sulfur gas into the atmosphere in an attempt to combat global climate change. While Professor Keith argues that this sort of solar engineering is technologically feasible, he admits to having a tough time trying to determine whether or not such a practice is ethical. But according to a recently uncovered 784-page U.S. Senate report, the government has already been engaged in weather modification for over six decades since 1953. A letter inside of the report written by Sen. James B. Pearson read, “Weather modification projects have been operational for nearly 25 years and have been shown to have significant potential for preventing, diverting, moderating or ameliorating the adverse effects of such weather related disasters and hazards.” In the letter, which was addressed to the Acting Director at the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress, Dr. Norman A. Beckman, Pearson goes on to say that his “greatest concern” is “regarding the lack of a coordinated Federal weather modification policy and a coordinated and comprehensive program for weather modification research and development.”
The report goes on to list off some of the ways in which the government has experimented with weather modification in recent years. The practice officially began in 1946 with the seeding of clouds through the use of dry ice and then silver iodide. By the 1950s, the government was looking for ways to have an impact on extreme storm effects. By the time the report was officially published in 1978, weather modification practices included efforts to weaken storms and hurricanes, increasing the density of snowpack by seeding clouds to increase precipitation by 15 percent, and the opening of holes in winter clouds to increase the amount of sunshine in the northeast region of the United States, so as to decrease energy consumption.
In section five of the report, it alleges that global warming from human activity may also be playing a role in weather modification. “…[T]he possibility exists that society may be changing the climate through its own actions by pushing on certain leverage points,” the report notes. While the report goes on to say that the concept of manmade global warming is still a controversial topic, it ultimately concludes that, “Nevertheless, a growing fraction of current evidence does point to the possibility of unprecedented impact on the global climate by human activities.”
Section eight of the report describes how weather modification has been used as a weapon of war. During the Vietnam War, for instance, the United States government attempted to increase the amount of rainfall over the region to impede traffic. It also makes it clear that weather warfare may very well become a reality in the near future as technology continues to advance. The report concludes with a question posed by Dane Wigington of GeoengineeringWatch.org. “How big does the climate engineering elephant in the room need to be before it can no longer be hidden in plain site?” he asks. “How much more historical proof do we need…?” (Related: Follow more news on Chemtrails at Chemtrails.news.)
