Washington has been moving its bioweapons research out of Ukraine, the head of Russia’s Nuclear Biological and Chemical Defense Troops has claimed. This comes after the research laboratories’ existence was exposed under the Trump presidency.
“The Pentagon is actively working on transferring its unfinished research projects to the countries in Central Asia and Eastern Europe,” Igor Kirillov insisted during a briefing on Saturday.
The US has also been boosting cooperation with Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, Kenya and other nations in the Indo-Pacific and Africa, with “the US Department of Defense being most interested in countries that already possess laboratories with a high level of bioсontainment,” he added.
According to the commander, data on illegal, US-backed laboratories in Ukraine was presented at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons conference, which took place in Geneva between November 28 and December 16.
It included “documentary evidence that work with components of biological weapons and studies of pathogens of especially dangerous and economically significant infections had been carried out on the territory of Ukraine with financial, scientific, technical and personnel support of the US,” he noted.
US biolab accidents going unreported – The Intercept
Papers obtained by Russia during its military operation in Ukraine reveal that “military-biological programs” were run through the Mechnikov Anti-Plague Research Institute in Kiev, the Institute of Veterinary Medicine in Kharkov and the Lviv-based Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene, Kirillov claimed.
The files also mentioned three Pentagon contractors and seven high-ranking officials of the US Department of Defense, he added.
The full text of a report by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) on its work in Ukraine, seen by the Russian military, contained data, “confirming the conduct of exercises and training activities with pathogens of especially dangerous infections” in Ukraine, Kirillov said. When the Pentagon released this report to the public, 80% of its content had been redacted, he pointed out.
According to the Russian commander, the head of the American delegation at the conference declined to respond to Russia’s accusations of violations of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) by his country.
“Such a stance by the US and its blocking of any initiatives to resume work on the verification mechanism of the CWC once again confirms that Washington has something to hide and that ensuring transparency in terms of compliance with the convention doesn’t play into the hands of the Americans,” he said.

However, the report by Russia didn’t go unnoticed by other countries and “made many member-states reflect on the risks posed by cooperation with Washington in the military-biological area,” Kirillov stressed.
The Russian military has been gradually releasing materials on the work of the US-backed Biolabs in Ukraine since March. Washington has denied Moscow’s bioweapons claims, calling them disinformation and a conspiracy theory used by Russia to justify its military operation.
“A shocking new study reveals that some level of heart injury, minor as it may be, is occurring in all jab recipients. The long-term effects are unknown but there will be effects. The more mRNA shots you take, the greater the cumulative risk that an actual health event will take place. There are also effects on other internal organs as well as the immune system.
Because authorities and mRNA manufacturers refuse to stop the mRNA shots, they can only be viewed as biological warfare against humanity.” ⁃ TN Editor

Evidence has emerged to suggest that U.S.-NATO-led bioweapons operations are, in fact, taking place in and around Ukraine, and that Russia’s efforts there aim to dismantle this biological threat to the world.
Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia revealed disturbing information in a recent speech about what he described as “unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with 30-liter containers and equipment which can be used to spray bioagents.”
Three such vehicles were identified back on March 9 in the Kherson port region of Ukraine. About a month later, 10 more of those very same unmanned aerial drones were spotted in the area of Kakhovka.
“These facts are of particular importance considering a confirmed request from the Ukrainian side to the Bayraktar UAV manufacturer about the maximum payload of Bayraktar Akinci UAVs (flight range up to 300 km) and the ability to equip it with an aerosol-generating system with a 20+ liters capacity,” Nebenzia explained.
It turns out that as of March 3, 2015, there is a United States patent, No. 8,967,029 B1, linked to these strange weapons that could potentially be hauling biological weapons into Ukraine.
The patent in question talks about the “aerial release of the infected mosquitoes, i.e., for a device (unit) designed to be applied as a technical means of delivery and use of a biological weapon.”
Such biological weapons include “immunobiological agents, bacteria, and viruses,” including “highly contagious” varieties of each of these “that could wipe out 100 percent of the enemy troops.”
In other words, it appears as though the United States may be trying to release airborne biological weapons over Russian troops to kill them and prevent Vladimir Putin’s “special operation” in Ukraine from reaching victory. (Related: Will the Russian war in Ukraine lead to the end of Western civilization as we currently know it?)
“According to the description, such a UAV transports a container housing a huge number of infections-transmitting mosquitoes to release them at a designated area,” Nebenzia further explained. “The attacked people get infected with highly contagious diseases via mosquito bites.”
“The description clearly states that an infected military will not be able to fulfill the assigned mission, therefore ‘sickness can be a more valuable military tool, than the most up-to-date military guns and equipment.’ It is indicated that ‘infecting enemy’s manpower in such a way would be of a significant military effect.”
Ukraine has kept these biological weapons systems hidden from public view
U.S. legislation requires that any patent issued come with a complete description of the actual machine assembly as used. This would suggest that the U.S. has, in fact, created and now potentially unleashed a bioagent-delivering aerial vehicle system to use as a weapon against Russia.
Ukraine has conveniently failed to mention any of this activity or the research covering such programs and projects, which date back to 2016. This also includes the use of UP-4, Flu-Flyway, and P-781 technologies.
Ukraine has also failed to report the funding it has received from foreign state military departments, which are required “in order to prevent or reduce the occurrence of ambiguities, doubts and suspicions.”
“This raises the question of a violation of political obligations regarding the submission of data on confidence-building measures adopted by the stated parties to the BTWC,” Nebenzia said.
“The U.S. reports also miss the data on the programs and projects implemented outside the U.S. national territory, or on the financing thereof. Our repeated appeals to the American side to provide exhaustive explanations with respect to such activities remain without due feedback in essence. Such secrecy and neglect of Russian claims by the United States but confirm their validity.”
The specific section of BTWC that Ukraine and the U.S. appear to be in violation of include Articles 1 and 4.
Analytical reports of the Kherson Department of the Security Service of Ukraine dated June 30, 2016, and Feb. 28, 2017, further confirm these violations, also linking Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. to the procuring of microbiological laboratories across the deep state-occupied territory of Ukraine.
Russia continues to maintain that these U.S.-funded labs in Ukraine are being used to conduct research on pathogens of infectious diseases “that can be used to create or modernize biological weapons.”
“It is indicated that the fact that projects were subordinate to the military department of a foreign state created prerequisites for the foreign specialists to penetrate into the regional bio laboratories and familiarize themselves with strategic developments,” Nebenzia further explained in his speech.
Because of all this, Russia has put forward a draft resolution to the Security Council calling for a commission to investigate its claims against the U.S. and Ukraine concerning these matters.
“At the moment, the draft is under discussion at the expert level, and we count on its prompt endorsement and adoption,” Nebenzia added.

Directors of America’s biolabs have admitted to hundreds of dangerous accidents in the past two decades, but even incidents involving exposure to deadly viruses have been kept from public view, an investigation by The Intercept has revealed.
“People have it in their minds that lab accidents are very, very rare, and if they happen, they happen only in the least well-run overseas labs,” Rutgers University molecular biologist Richard Ebright told the media outlet. “That simply isn’t true.”
The erroneous public perception could stem from the fact that, as The Intercept found, Americans don’t hear about US biolab accidents. The outlet obtained more than 5,500 pages of laboratory incident reports from the US National Institutes of Health (NIH), compelling the agency to release the documents through a Freedom of Information Act request.
Many lab mishaps are reported to the NIH, the world’s largest funder of biomedical research, but the agency doesn’t pass on the information to the public, even in cases involving Level 3 and Level 4 biolabs.
READ MORE: Russia accuses US of concealing data on biolabs
One such incident occurred in 2016, when a graduate student at Washington University in St. Louis accidentally pricked her finger with a needle after injecting a mouse with a recombinant strain of the Chikungunya virus, The Intercept said. The student didn’t tell her supervisor about the accident until after becoming ill and seeking treatment at a local hospital emergency room.
The university disclosed the accident and infection to the NIH, where the report was kept under wraps until The Intercept came calling six years later.
“That’s not a good situation,” said Scott Weaver, a University of Texas immunologist and expert on Chikungunya. “If that person knew they had a needlestick and they were working with Chikungunya, they should have reported it immediately. And then whatever health care people saw them should have recognized that there was a very small — but not zero — risk of them transmitting the virus.”
Beijing wants US to ‘open biolabs’ to international experts
Chikungunya, which was first identified in Tanzania in the 1950s, is a debilitating and potentially deadly virus that can lead to chronic arthritis. In the local Makonde language, its name means “bent over in pain.” Outbreaks of the virus were reported in Italy and the US between 2007 and 2017.
The Intercept investigation found a wide range of other biolab accidents over a period spanning 18 years. For instance, in 2018, a US Food and Drug Administration researcher in Maryland contracted MRSA after working with the antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The University of North Carolina reported five escapes of lab mice in 2013 and 2014. At least one of the rodents had been infected with SARS.
The Washington University Chikungunya incident was among five needle injuries reported by the school, despite its lab being a Level 3 facility where researchers wear double layers of protective gear, including two pairs of gloves.

UNITED NATIONS, November 1. /TASS/. Russia thinks it necessary to oblige the United States and Ukraine disclose information about their military biological programs as soon as possible, a high-ranking Russian foreign ministry official said on Tuesday.
“Washington’s inability to support the document ‘Measures to Uphold the Authority of the 1925 Geneva Protocol’ gives grounds for the most profound concern of all UN member countries and only proves the necessity of obliging Ukraine and the United States to disclose their military biological programs, destroying of the United States’ remaining stockpiles of chemical weapons, and the necessity of reviewing and reconsidering procedures and principles of the functioning of the UN secretary general mechanism many countries have serious concerns about,” Konstantin Vorontsov, deputy director of the ministry’s nonproliferation and arms control department, said at a meeting of the UN General Assembly First Committee.
“We will continue our efforts to preserve this Geneva Protocol, including by means of maintaining the efficiency of the UN secretary general’s mechanism [of probing into suspected uses of chemical and biological weapons], no matter what is being said about it,” he said.

A new report published in the peer-reviewed medical journal The Lancet suggests that it is “feasible” that the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) actually originated from a lab in the United States.
The paper, published on Wednesday, Sept. 14, has caused an uproar, most of which has been directed at economist Jeffrey Sachs, who was involved in research for the publication. Sachs has stated on multiple occasions that he is certain the coronavirus came from an American lab. (Related: The Lancet suddenly switches sides, admits COVID lab leak theory deserves “transparent debate.”)
At a conference in Madrid earlier this year, he said there is enough evidence to investigate the U.S., but nobody is doing so. He added that U.S. officials may be preventing these kinds of investigations because they “don’t want to look under the rug too much.”
During a podcast interview with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Sachs said he was “pretty convinced” that SARS-CoV-2 “came out of a U.S. lab of biotechnology, not out of nature.”
When approached by mainstream publications for comment, Sachs said he stands by the report’s conclusions, adding that he personally “oversaw this part of the work” on the emergence of SARS-CoV-2.
“Everybody has signed off on the final text,” he said. “The question of a possible laboratory release mostly involves the question of U.S.-China joint work that was underway on SARS-like viruses.”
A spokesperson for The Lancet also defended the report and its collaboration with Sachs. He said the medical journal “regularly evaluated the work of each Task Force as scientific evidence about COVID-19 evolved, to ensure that the final peer-reviewed report will provide valuable new insights to support a coordinated, global response to COVID-19 as well as to prevent future pandemic and contain future disease outbreaks.”
Investigations need to be conducted in US labs
The 58-page report published in The Lancet does not discount the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 has a natural origin.
“Most epidemics in history have involved the passage of a pathogen from an animal host to humans, followed by human-to-human transmission,” the report stated.
But the report noted there is very strong evidence that the coronavirus came from a laboratory accident. It recommended the introduction of more safeguards in biological laboratories to reduce the risk of either eventuality leading to bigger outbreaks.
The report is the result of over two years of work investigating the origins of the coronavirus. It suggested that American researchers could be culpable and could have deeper connections with similar biolabs in China, specifically the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).
The report has not ruled out the possibility that a leak in the WIV caused the pandemic, but The Lancet report noted that “independent researchers have not yet investigated” biological laboratories in the U.S., and that the National Institutes of Health has resisted all attempts by investigators to disclose details regarding its work.
The Lancet commission that researched the origin of the coronavirus made other recommendations. These include stronger regulation of the wild animal trade, the creation of a new World Health Organization-led biosecurity oversight authority, better international coordination in the face of large infectious disease outbreaks, and a new $60 billion a year Global Health Fund to support health systems and pandemic preparedness programs in lower-income countries.

Russia previously discovered signs of several bio laboratories in Ukraine, which were seized by Russian troops and were reportedly working on pathogens that could be used in the production of the banned biological weapons. Moscow also found documents indicating that the US, namely the Pentagon, funded this research.
The Pentagon is planning to move unfinished programs for the development of biological weapons from Ukraine to other countries in the former Soviet bloc and Eastern Europe, Russia’s Defense Ministry has stated during its daily press briefing.
The ministry said that it had evidence that tissue samples and dangerous pathogens are being moved from Ukraine abroad, noting that the process threatens the well-being of those regions. The Defense Ministry added that it plans to present evidence that the US and Ukraine are violating the international convention banning bioweapons in Geneva next week.
“Right now, we are seeing several publications in the foreign press with a nervous reaction from Washington to the release of extremely sensitive documents by the [Russian] Defense Ministry. Journalists note that the American intelligence services are taking unprecedented steps to prevent Russia from having access to potential witnesses close to the implementation of the classified military biological projects of the Pentagon in Ukraine,” the Defense Ministry said.
The Russian Defense Ministry pointed out that instead of focusing on the research of the pathogens that were of social importance for Ukraine, such as those triggering measles, rubella, tuberculosis, or AIDS, the Pentagon invested in the research of cholera, tularemia, plague, and hantaviruses. The Russian military believes that the US was interested in this research because these viruses are endemic to Russia and any outbreak caused by the use of biological weapons could be misidentified as naturally occurring.
During the press briefing, the ministry also unveiled that it became aware of Kiev’s request for the Turkish Bayraktar drone manufacturer to equip some of the UAVs with aerosol spray systems that can hold and disperse up to 20 liters of substance. The request was filed on December 15, 2021, ahead of the start of the Russian special military operation in Ukraine, the ministry noted, calling out Kiev’s attempts to prepare for the use of biological weapons against Russia.
“With a UAV flight range of up to 300 km and their equipment of containers with biological [weapons], it created a real threat of large-scale use of biological weapons in Russian territory,” Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kirillov said.
Kirillov further informed that a patent for a drone capable of dispersing insects infected with dangerous pathogens had been registered in the US, meaning that such a devise has already been developed and was functioning. He pointed out that the patent’s description details that the device could be used to kill or incapacitate enemy troops without any threat for the US military.
Russian Military Points to Presence of US-Funded Biolabs in Nigeria Amid Global Monkeypox Scare
Russia previously published the documents its military discovered in the Ukrainian biolaboratories seized during the special military operation. These documents suggested that Ukraine received funding from the US to study several types of dangerous pathogens. Moscow claimed that this research could potentially be used by Kiev to develop biological weapons to use against Russia. Washington denies funding biological weapons research banned by the international conventions.
Damage caused by Covid-19 to countries globally should be covered by Washington if the US bioresearch origin claim is confirmed, the Duma speaker says

The US may owe the world huge compensation for the damage caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of the Russian State Duma, said on Wednesday. He cited remarks made by the chair of The Lancet commission on the disease, who suggested the SARS-CoV-2 virus may have originated from an American research program.
Speaking in Madrid last month, economist Jeffrey Sachs called the current situation “a mess” and blamed diminishing American leadership for it, identifying the pandemic as one of the US failures. He said he was convinced that the virus “came out of US lab biotechnology” as opposed to evolving naturally, citing his experience with the authoritative British medical magazine.
Volodin asserted that the US government would not comment on Sachs’ remarks because President Joe Biden is “afraid that the world will know the truth about the true culprit of the pandemic.”
He added that the suffering of millions of people who contracted the virus, including the many who passed away, and the economic crisis caused by the pandemic were the US’ responsibility. “The US must compensate the damage to all nations affected,” he demanded.
Covid-19 may have originated in US biolab – Lancet chair
The Russian official added that the US should “stop and declassify” its “military bioweapons research,” referring to the chain of biolabs scattered across the world that receive funding from the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The US says they are used to detect emerging pathogens, but some countries, including Russia and China, believe they may be used for clandestine military research.
Sachs himself called his remark “provocative” and lamented that the theory “is not being investigated, not in the United States, not anywhere,” despite evidence that warrants such a probe. “They don’t want to look underneath the rug too much,” he said.
The theory that Covid-19 started as a leak from a Chinese lab in Wuhan was popularized by the US government under President Donald Trump, who stated that Beijing should pay compensation for its supposed guilt. The Chinese government and Trump’s political opponents at home angrily rejected the idea. Major US tech companies even suppressed the lab leak theory as “disinformation” on their online platforms.
The censorship was reversed under President Joe Biden’s administration, which accused Beijing of failing to subject its microbiology research to international scrutiny. The outbreak was first detected in the Chinese city of Wuhan, which hosts a top biosecurity lab that has extensive records of doing research funded by American grants.
The World Health Organization conducted a probe into the origins of Covid-19 and concluded last February that the virus most likely came from an animal host.

Attempts to “divert attention” raise questions regarding the Pentagon’s biological activity, the Russian Foreign Ministry said

The US has been concealing information about its “military biological activity” in the post-Soviet states, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Sunday. This, according to Zakharova, raises “serious questions” about Washington’s compliance with the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC).
In an interview with TASS published on Sunday, Zakharova said, “the United States prefers to remain silent about the ongoing work in the post-Soviet space and does not provide information within a framework of the BTWC confidence-building measures.”
“Assertions that the activity of the Pentagon and related structures is focused solely on health issues are not true. Clearly, health care assistance does not require the involvement of the US military,” Zakharova said.
She added that Washington’s claims that it is collecting biomaterial and monitoring the epidemiological situation “only reinforce and intensify” Russia’s fears over America’s compliance with the BTWC.
Moscow’s recently published evidence regarding the alleged sprawling network of US-funded biolabs across Ukraine only adds to the suspicions, Zakharova said.
In a series of briefings starting in March, the Russian military has presented evidence of the Pentagon’s involvement in funding laboratories in Ukraine. According to Russia’s Investigative Committee, the US poured more than $224 million into biological research in Ukraine between 2005 and early 2022. Western pharmaceutical giants, nonprofits, and even the US Democratic Party were involved in the scheme, Moscow claims.

The Pentagon has “significantly expanded its research potential not only in the field of creating biological weapons, but also obtaining information about antibiotic resistance and the presence of antibodies to certain diseases in populations of specific regions” while working in Ukraine, Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force, said in May.
Zakharova also pointed out that the US has not yet withdrawn its reservation to the 1925 Geneva Protocol for the prohibition of biological and chemical weapons. The US was among the countries that declared the protocol would cease to be binding regarding enemy states that do not observe the prohibitions of the protocol.
In this regard, “the question quite reasonably arises about the real goals of the Pentagon’s international military biological activity,” Zakharova said.

Earlier this week, the Pentagon published the ‘Fact Sheet on WMD Threat Reduction Efforts with Ukraine, Russia and Other Former Soviet Union Countries’. In the document, the US military said that following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the US and its partners have led “cooperative efforts to reduce legacy threats from nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons left in the Soviet Union’s successor states, including Russia.”
According to the Pentagon, the US has “worked collaboratively to improve Ukraine’s biological safety, security, and disease surveillance for both human and animal health,” by providing support to “46 peaceful Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities, and disease diagnostic sites over the last two decades.” These programs have focused on “improving public health and agricultural safety measures at the nexus of nonproliferation.”
In the same paper, the US military accused Russia and China attempting “to undermine this work by spreading disinformation and sowing mistrust in the people and institutions all over the world that contribute to WMD threat reduction.”
According to Zakharova, Moscow considers this publication part of Washington’s “information campaign” aimed at justifying its military biological activities in the post-Soviet space and to “divert the attention of the international community from its true non-transparent and unseemly direction.”

The Department of Defense has finally come clean and admitted that the United States military is funding 46 biolabs in Ukraine.
The Pentagon admitted to the U.S.-funded labs in a public statement this week.
The move comes after months of denials from Democrats and President Joe Biden’s administration regarding the existence of the biolabs.
The Pentagon said in an official statement:
The United States has also worked collaboratively to improve Ukraine’s biological safety, security, and disease surveillance for both human and animal health, providing support to 46 peaceful Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities, and disease diagnostic sites over the last two decades.
The collaborative programs have focused on improving public health and agricultural safety measures at the nexus of nonproliferation.

Scientists have not been able to reach an agreement on the origin of the coronavirus pandemic. While it is widely believed that the deadly virus originated from a wet market in Wuhan, others insist that COVID-19 was man-made, and the pandemic was the result of a laboratory leak.
US experiments on viruses that could jump from animals to people might have contributed to the emergence of coronavirus, Professor Jeffrey Sachs wrote in his article for PNAS journal.
He also called for an independent and transparent investigation into the origin of the coronavirus pandemic. According to Sachs, more transparency from the Chinese authorities could have helped a lot during the early stages of the pandemic, but some US research also raises concerns.
“We argue here that there is much important information that can be gleaned from US-based research institutions, information not yet made available for independent, transparent, and scientific scrutiny,” he wrote in a joint statement with Professor Neil Harrison of Columbia University.
Among the US institutes that could use more transparency Sachs lists the EHA, the University of North Carolina (UNC), the University of California at Davis (UCD), the NIH, and USAID.
“A broad spectrum of coronavirus research work was done not only in Wuhan […] but also in the United States. The exact details of the fieldwork and laboratory work of the EHA-WIV-UNC partnership, and the engagement of other institutions in the United States and China, has not been disclosed for independent analysis,” the professors wrote, adding that “the precise nature of the experiments that were conducted, including the full array of viruses collected from the field and the subsequent sequencing and manipulation of those viruses, remains unknown.”
Sachs pointed out that the denials of being involved in COVID-related research alongside US institutions are “only as good as the limited data on which it is based”. According to the article, the US-Chinese collaborative research was connected to “the collection of a large number of so-far undocumented SARS-like viruses and was engaged in their manipulation within biological safety level (BSL)-2 and BSL-3 laboratory facilities.”
Such experiments raise concerns that an airborne virus might have infected a laboratory worker, along with other possible scenarios suggesting that COVID-19 was man-made.
Sachs emphasised the importance of further independent and transparent investigations into the origin of the pandemic, suggesting that one of the ways to investigate could be “a tightly focused science-based bipartisan Congressional inquiry.”
While the scientific opinions on the origins of COVID remain divided, Beijing suggested that the deadly virus could have also emerged from Fort Detrick, a clandestine bioresearch facility based in Maryland. Washington, in turn, accused China of fuelling the pandemic and concealing the data about the virus, with the allegations being particularly vocal during the presidential tenure of Donald Trump.
U.S. specialists tested new drugs in the Ukraine Biolabs in circumvention of international safety standards. According to Kirillov, acting this way “Western companies seriously reduce the costs of research programs and gain significant competitive advantages.”
The Pentagon, Kirillov pointed out, expanded its research potential not only in terms of producing biological weapons but also in gathering information on antibiotic resistance and the presence of antibodies to certain diseases among the population in specific regions. The testing ground in Ukraine was practically outside the control of the so-called “international community”.

T.S. Eliot, The Waste Land: I. The Burial of the Dead, 1922
This glimpse of “fear in a handful of dust” already ranks as one of the prime breakthroughs of the young 21st century, presented this week by Chief of Russian Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Force Igor Kirillov.
The provisional results of evidence being collected about the work of U.S. bioweapons in Ukraine are simply astonishing. These are the main takeaways.
- U.S. bioweapon ideologues comprise the leadership of the Democratic Party. By linking with non-governmental biotechnology organizations, using the investment funds of the Clintons, Rockefellers, Soros, and Biden, they profited from additional campaign financing – all duly concealed. In parallel, they assembled the legislative basis for financing the bioweapons program directly from the federal budget.
- COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers Pfizer and Moderna, as well as Merck and Gilead – of Donald “known unknowns” fame, and affiliated with the Pentagon – were directly involved.
- U.S. specialists tested new drugs in the Ukraine Biolabs in circumvention of international safety standards. According to Kirillov, acting this way “Western companies seriously reduce the costs of research programs and gain significant competitive advantages.”
- According to Kirillov, “along with U.S. pharmaceutical companies and Pentagon contractors, Ukrainian government agencies are involved in military biotechnology activities, whose main tasks are to conceal illegal activities, conduct field and clinical trials, and provide the necessary biomaterial.”
- The Pentagon, Kirillov pointed out, expanded its research potential not only in terms of producing biological weapons but also in gathering information on antibiotic resistance and the presence of antibodies to certain diseases among the population in specific regions. The testing ground in Ukraine was practically outside the control of the so-called “international community”.
These findings, amply documented, suggest a vast “legitimized” bioweapon racket reaching the highest levels of the American body politic. There’s no doubt the Russians plan to thoroughly unmask it for the benefit of world public opinion, starting with a War Crimes Tribunal to be set up this summer, most probably in Donetsk.
An ongoing U.S. bioweapons program in Ukraine was one of the Top Three reasons that led to the launch of Operation Z, side by side with preventing an imminent NATO-managed blitzkrieg against Donbass and Kiev’s desire to re-start a nuclear weapons program. These are Top Three red lines for Russia.
The strength of the collected evidence may directly correlate with what was largely interpreted as a carefully measured Victory Day speech by President Putin. The Kremlin does not bluff. It will certainly privilege the meticulous presentation of – bioweapon – facts on the ground over grandstanding rhetoric.
The return of Nord Stream 2
Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyaniskiy announced Russia’s demand for an open meeting of the UN Security Council to present further evidence related to U.S. biolabs in Ukraine. Even if the meeting would be vetoed by the U.S., the evidence will be entered by Russia into the UN records.
These developments provide an extra indication there’s absolutely no space left for diplomacy between Russia and the U.S./collective West, as Polyaniskiy himself suggested when commenting on the possible accession of Ukraine to the EU: “The situation has changed after Mr. Borrell’s statement that ‘this war should be won on the battleground’ and after the fact that the European Union is the leader in deliveries of arms [to Ukraine].”
It gets worse. The next chapter is Finland’s drive to join NATO.
The Americans gamble that Finland – and Sweden – joining NATO will totally discredit Putin’s Operation Z as having accomplished next to nothing strategically: after all, in the near future, potential U.S. hypersonic missiles stationed in Finland and Sweden will be very close to Saint Petersburg and Moscow.
Meanwhile, Russian unmasking of the bioweapon racket will drive a toxic section of American political elites to turbo-charge their warmongering. It’s all following a carefully calculated script.
First, these bioweapon-supervising “elites” ordered the massive Kiev shelling of Donbas in early February. That forced the Kremlin’s hand, pushing it to launch Operation Z.
We should always remember that the ultimate goal in the U.S. plan of training Ukrainians for war since 2014 was to alienate Germany from Russia – as Germany de facto controls Euroland economically.
Imperial control of the oceans allows the Empire to strangle Germany at will into subservience by cutting them off from Russian energy – as the British did to Germany in WWII when Britannia ruled the waves. The Wehrmacht could not supply their mechanized army with fuel. Now, in theory, Germany and the EU will have to look to the seas – and total U.S. dependency – for their natural resources.
The remote-controlled Kiev regime dominated by SBU fanatics and Azov neo-Nazis is making it even harder – by shutting off all natural gas from Russia through Ukraine into Europe, reducing the flow by more than one-third.
That translates as U.S.-enforced blackmail to force the EU to increase the Ukro-weaponizing against Russia. The practical consequences for Germany and the EU will be dire – in terms of shutting down industries and the cost of home heating and electrical power.
Russia, meanwhile, will rely on a bolstered Pipelineistan maze to China and East Asia as well as high-speed rail to transport all its natural resources.
The blowback against the Americans though is not off-limits. Stranger things have happened. If gas transit to Europe via Ukraine is totally cut off, there are no alternatives. And that – assuming there are working IQs in Berlin – would open the way for a renegotiation on the future of Nord Stream 2.
As the head of the Energy Development Center Kirill Melnikov notes, “the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline is practically idle and one of the Nord Stream 2 lines is also ready for operation though the German regulator has not issued permission for its launch yet.”
That prompted Melnikov to a priceless comment: “If purchases remain the same, Germany will probably need to urgently allow the launch of one of the Nord Stream 2 lines in order to replace the Ukrainian transit route.”
No one ever lost money betting on the astonishing stupidity permeating EUrocrat decision levels. Even facing economic suicide, the EU is desperate to “abandon” Russian oil. Yet a full ban is impossible, because of energy-deprived Eastern Europe.
Every impartial energy analyst knows replacing Russian oil is D.O.A., for a number of reasons: the OPEC+ deal; the ghastly divide between Washington and Riyadh; the never-ending JCPOA renegotiation, where the Americans behave like headless chickens; and the crucial fact – beyond the understanding of EUrocrats – that European oil refineries are designed to use oil from the Urals.
So just when we thought we could enjoy the summer by watching Europe commit hara-kiri, it’s time to stock up on those Aperol Spritz. Get ready for a new hit series, season 1: Inside the American bioweapon racket.
This is from Tass News, Russian media. Read between the lines. I believe it is directed at Sweden and Finland which are on the verge of joining NATO. This means that if they join NATO they will become targets if they have US biolabs of mass destruction on their territories. Start building bomb shelters Sweden and Finland!

“The information concerning these laboratories that Russia has obtained prompts an unequivocal conclusion that the United States was implementing a dangerous military program on the territory of Ukraine,” Irina Yarovaya pointed out
MOSCOW, May 16. /TASS/. The US laboratories created in Ukraine near Russia’s borders can be regarded as NATO facilities, the co-chair of the special parliamentary commission for investigating US biological laboratories in Ukraine, State Duma deputy speaker Irina Yarovaya said following the commission’s meeting on Monday.
“The US biological laboratories created along Russia’s border can be regarded as NATO facilities. The military purposes and functions of these facilities stem from the agreements on their creation because the Pentagon always acts as a party to such deals,” Yarovaya said.
“The information concerning these laboratories that we have obtained prompts an unequivocal conclusion that the United States was implementing a dangerous military program on the territory of Ukraine, which poses threats in the first place to the people of Ukraine themselves,” she added.
Yarovaya said that the international community showed great concern over these issues.
“The first discussion that took place on the platform of the UN Security Council confirmed the world’s wish to hear answers to the well-founded, well-reasoned, and very acute questions that Russia has formulated,” Yarovaya said.
She stressed that the evidence the parliamentary commission had gathered confirmed that the military biological laboratories in Ukraine, created under a Pentagon program, “posed a threat to the world and for that reason required an adequate and multi-level evaluation and answers on different international platforms.”
“For this reason, we entirely support the Russian Foreign Ministry’s proposal for initiating an investigation on the platform of the UN Security Council. Moreover, the documents and dossiers being formed by the parliamentary commission will be of tremendous importance. They are of tremendous importance already now in proving the violations being committed by Ukraine and the United States from the standpoint of enforcing the Biological Weapons Convention,” Yarovaya added.
Parliamentary inquiry
Earlier, the State Duma and the Federation Council adopted a resolution to conduct a parliamentary investigation into the biological laboratories in Ukraine, as well as to create a joint panel of inquiry to conduct such a probe. The procedure for such a parliamentary investigation began on the basis of instructions issued by the State Duma’s speaker Vyacheslav Volodin. The commission consists of 14 Duma members and as many Federation Council members. The State Duma’s deputy speaker, Irina Yarovaya, and the Federation Council’s deputy speaker, Konstantin Kosachev, are its co-chairs.
As Yarovaya said earlier, the commission’s task was to produce a dossier that would be sent to Russia’s president and government and to international organizations. The dossier will present the necessary evidence, “highlight all cause-and-effect relationships, identify all threats and challenges, as well as name all involved organizations, international law entities and officials concerned.”
About biolaboratories
Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov earlier said the special military operation in Ukraine produced evidence the Kiev regime was urgently eliminating traces of a US Department of Defense-funded military biological program in Ukraine. He said that according to staffers of Ukrainian bio laboratories a number of extremely dangerous pathogens, such as those causing plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera, and other lethal diseases were urgently destroyed on February 24.
US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, while testifying before the US Senate’s foreign relations committee on March 9, acknowledged that in Ukraine there were some facilities conducting clandestine biological research and Washington was keen to prevent Russian forces from gaining control of these facilities. She said the US Department of State was “quite concerned that Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to gain control of [those labs], so we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces”.

Dmitry Polyansky stressed that Russia shared several hundreds of documents that contained concrete data, concrete cases, concrete companies and concrete persons
UNIED NATIONS, May 13. /TASS/. Russia has furnished the United Nations Security Council with concrete evidence on US companies and individuals involved in the operation of biolaboratories in Ukraine, Russia’s First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Dmitry Polyansky said on Friday.
Russia pushes for UN investigation of military biological activities in Ukraine — envoy
“We are speaking about concrete facts we have discovered, about concrete documents, which indicate that the United States has been carrying out military biological programs in biological laboratories in Ukraine. We have shared several hundreds of documents. They contain concrete data, concrete cases, concrete companies, concrete persons. If you think this evidence is not enough, then what do you think is evidence?” he said at a United Nations Security Council meeting in reply to the remarks by the US ambassador that the documents shared with the UN Security Council by Russia provide no evidence to Moscow’s statements won Washington’s military biological activities in Ukraine.
“We want explanations from you,” Polyansky went on to say. “We have already said which mechanisms we are going to use. We will not drop this topic. Your attempts at turning our concrete claims and questions to you into blathering, into empty talk about Russian propaganda won’t do. You will have to provide concrete explanations of the criminal activities you are engaged in Ukraine”.
