The U.S. Navy’s “UFO patents” sound like they’ve been ripped from a science fiction novel.
The US should come clean and admit it has alien technology. It does not belong to America, it belongs to the whole human species, not an imperialist nation that cannot even manage its own affairs without going to war. Lou
Pais continued to toot his own plasma horn. “Do realize that my work culminates in the enablement of the Pais Effect (original physical concept),” he said. “Such high energy [electromagnetic] radiation can locally interact with the Vacuum Energy State (VES) – the VES being the Fifth State of Matter (Fifth Essence – Quintessence), in other words, the fundamental structure (foundational framework), from which Everything else (Spacetime included) in our Quantum Reality, emerges. The Engineering of the Pais Effect can give rise to the Enablement of Macroscopic Quantum Coherence, which if you have closely been following my work, you understand the importance of.”
The U.S. Navy has patents on weird and little-understood technology. According to patents filed by the Navy, it is working on a compact fusion reactor that could power cities, an engine that works using “inertial mass reduction,” and a “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft.” Dubbed the “UFO patents, The War Zone has reported that the Navy had to build prototypes of some of the outlandish tech to prove it worked.
Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais is the man behind the patents and The War Zone has proven the man exists, at least on paper. Pais has worked for a number of different departments in the Navy, including the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAVAIR/NAWCAD) and the Strategic Systems Programs. (SSP) The SSP mission, according to its website, is to “provide credible and affordable strategic solutions to the warfighter.” It’s responsible for developing the technology behind the Trident class nuclear missiles launched from Submarines.
The patents all build on each other, but at their core is something Pais called the “Pais Effect.” This is the idea that, “controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high-intensity electromagnetic fields.”
Essentially, Pais is claiming to use properly spun electromagnetic fields to contain a fusion reaction. That plasma fusion reaction he claims to have invented will revolutionize power consumption. Experts theorize that a functioning fusion reactor would lead to cheap and ubiquitous energy.
One of Pais and the Navy’s patents described what the propulsion system and fusion drive would be used for—a “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft.” According to the patent, the craft could travel land, sea, and outer space at incredible speeds. Other patents invented by Pais and filed by the Navy include a “high-temperature superconductor,” a “electromagnetic field generator,” and a “high-frequency gravitational wave generator.”
It all sounds like science fiction, and the Navy has been skeptical too. Navy authorities called bullshit on Pais’ inventions and his patents went through a lengthy internal review at NAVAIR. The War Zone obtained emails about the bureaucratic fight between Pais and the Navy through a Freedom of Information Act Request and revealed that the mad scientist won. According to the patents, some of the technology is “operable.” That means the Navy is claiming some of Pais’ wild tech works and has been demonstrated to Navy officials.
The physics of what Pais is claiming are beyond theoretical and beyond the ken of the layman or lowly science reporter. But a paper about his compaction fusion reactor was accepted by the peer-reviewed Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Transactions on Plasma Science and published in its November 2019 issue. “The fact that my work on the design of a Compact Fusion Reactor was accepted for publication in such a prestigious journal as IEEE TPS, should speak volumes as to its importance and credibility – and should eliminate (or at least alleviate) all misconceptions you (or any other person) may have in regard to the veracity (or possibility) of my advanced physics concepts,” Pais told The War Zone in an email.
If the email Pais sent sounds like the jargon-filled ramblings of a mad scientist, you aren’t alone.
The Pais emails sound like the jargon-filled ramblings of a mad scientist, but the Pentagon does have a history of successfully fostering cutting-edge technology. More than 100 years ago, nuclear weapons were science fiction. GPS, the TOR network, and the internet itself all began life as Pentagon programs. Perhaps the Navy will soon revolutionize the way we think about energy and transportation.

Whereas Russia normally would be spending around $60B per year on its military, America has been spending over $1.2 trillion per year (some of it in non-military federal departments, such as the Treasury Department, so as to hide from the public the roughly $400 billion per year of America’s military spending that ISN’T being paid from the “Defense Department”). So: in a normal year, the U.S. spends about 20 times what Russia spends on its defense.
This article was originally published in The Duran.
On November 15th, U.S. President Joe Bidenrequested Congress to allocate another $37.7 billion to Ukraine, and the Democratic Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, the neoconservative Gregory Meeks of New York, said it was “urgent to make sure that we get them everything that we can … so that they have the weapons to continue the momentum moving through the winter,” against the Russians. According to the AP’s report, \
“U.S. aid to Ukraine has already included tens of thousands of missiles and rockets for air defense and anti-armor systems, and more than 84 million rounds of ammunition, as well as drones, tanks, trucks, radars, body armor and other gear.”
Calculations published on October 11th by the Kiel Institute for World Economy’s “Ukraine Support Tracker” totalled up $52B from the U.S. to Ukraine this year, as of that time, and by now around $60B has been allocated, so if the current request for $37.7B is granted — which seems almost certain (since the U.S. Congress is now virtually 100% neoconservative and never turns down an opportunity to spend more money for weapons and warfare) — America will have spent this year on helping Ukraine defeat Russia in the battlefields of Ukraine, something in the neighborhood of $100 billion.
Russia is likewise planning to intensify its military operation in Ukraine. A Russian news report that is censored-out in The West but available in Russia, is dated November 15th and headlines “EW specialists continue to carry out tasks within special military operation” and says that Russia’s electronic warfare devices in Ukraine have “already neutralized around 50 AFU [Armed Forces of Ukraine] drones.” That seems inconsequential in comparison with the immense flood of U.S. weaponry that is pouring into Ukraine.
Also on November 15th, CEPA, the neoconservative Center for European Policy Analysis in Washington DC, bannered “Doomed to Failure — Russia’s Efforts to Restore its Military Muscle”, and reported that “Much is revealed by examining Russia’s defense budget. The planned 2022 national defense (ND) budget was 3.51 trillion rubles ($57.4bn), which rose to 3.85 trillion rubles after the all-out invasion began.” So: Russia’s total military spending now, which includes both personnel (troops) and weapons, might be less than what America is spending on weapons for Ukraine plus only training of Ukraine’s troops.
Nonetheless, CEPA says that in Russia, “Officials and defense sector managers declare that the defense industry is ready to make up all losses as the government increases its arms procurement budget.” The report says that achieving that will be virtually impossible, not only because Russia can’t afford unlimited military expenditures such as are routine in America, but because, due to America’s anti-Russia sanctions, “[Russian] officials are now travelling intensively from onedefense factory to another trying to manage multiple problems arising on production lines. … As a result, the losses of Russia’s military during its invasion of Ukraine are irreversible.”
Perhaps the Biden Administration’s main strategy to defeat Russia in the battlefields of Ukraine, and so to overthrow Vladimir Putin (which is Washington’s step-one to conquering Russia and making it another part of the U.S. empire), is precisely that 20-to-1 military spending advantage.
Russia’s great advantage is the enormous amount of sheer corruption that is in America’s $1.2T+ annual military spending. That, for example, is the reason why “U.S. GAO Finds Failure Is the Norm in U.S. Military Aircrafts”. No nation can compete with America in the category of the corruptness of its military spending. But since Russia spends only about 5% per year as much as America does on the military, the U.S. regime’s plan to conquer Russia might not be unrealistic, after all. Whatever will be coming in this war will contain some big surprises, and a WW III that obliterates all life as we know it might be one of them.

With all facts pointing to Russia had nothing to do with the incident, it would be “curious” to see how the US and its allies will try to extricate themselves during the upcoming UN Security Council session, Polyansky said. “It would be unthinkable for our Western partners to recognize the role of Ukraine and Poland in this dangerous provocation,” he added.
Ukraine executed the false flag attack on Poland so poorly that there was no chance to blame Russia without losing all credibility. Now the west is calling it “stray missiles” and an “accident” adding that none of this would have happened if Russia didn’t invade Ukraine. Idiots.
Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has warned that the missile explosion which killed two people in Poland has brought the West closer to World War III.
The incident “proves just one thing: waging a hybrid war against Russia, the West moves closer to the World War”, the ex-president, who is now the deputy chair of Russia’s Security Council, wrote on Twitter on Wednesday. He also put the words “missile strike” in quotation marks.
Medvedev’s words were echoed by Russia’s deputy representative to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, who claimed there was “an obvious attempt to provoke a direct military confrontation between NATO and Russia, with all the ensuing consequences for the whole world.”
In a post on Telegram, Polyansky said it was “suspicious” that last week Western powers had asked for a UN Security Council session to be held this Wednesday, without naming the reason for the gathering, and that the alleged “missile attack” on Poland came just in time for the meeting.
Another source of doubt was the “instant hysteria of the Kiev regime and demands to punish Russia, which were backed by the Poles, who have already gone mad from Russophobia,” the diplomat wrote.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky was quick to blame Russia for the incident late on Tuesday, urging NATO, of which Poland is a member, to act against this “attack on collective security.” Despite not being backed by any proof, the claims were picked by the media in Poland and by some of the country’s officials.
Warsaw put its military on alert and said it was discussing whether to invoke NATO’s Article 4, which would require consultations on the situation with the other 29 member states and a consensus decision on how to proceed.
However, US President Joe Biden said soon afterwards: “it is unlikely, in the minds of the trajectory, that it [the missile] was fired from Russia.” The Associated Press also cited three US officials as saying preliminary data suggested the missile was actually Ukrainian, fired by the country’s air defenses amid a large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
Russia’s Defense Ministry has insisted that it did not carry out any strikes near the Ukrainian-Polish border on Tuesday. It later clarified that analysis of photos from the site showed that the debris was from a missile for the S-300 air defense system operated by Ukraine’s military.
Once prosperous civilizations eventually met their demise after years of economic and military decline. The arrogance, corruption, and myopia of their respective elites ushered in an irreversible phase of civilizational decline.
Even the greatest of civilizations has an expiration date.
This happened to the likes of Ancient Greece and Rome, which were the most advanced civilizations of their respective epochs.
Once prosperous civilizations eventually met their demise after years of economic and military decline. The arrogance, corruption, and myopia of their respective elites ushered in an irreversible phase of civilizational decline.
For centuries, historians have studied the causes of these civilizations’ respective declines. Elites of previous centuries did the best they could to understand the lessons of the past, and in turn, attempted to build political structures that would avoid similar fates of decline.
The Founding Fathers of the American Republic made sure to learn the lessons of Greece and Rome and create a system of government that would prevent many of the fatal mistakes these civilizations previously made.
While the American experiment has largely been successful, it is starting to go through a predictable phase of civilizational decay.
The past century has witnessed the American political class pursue policies that go against the very nature of the founding of the American Republic. Namely, the adherence to the principles of limited government.
The excessive domestic and military spending, the out-of-control monetary policy, and the cultural decadence…..
Just some of the hallmarks of a civilization that’s clearly in a stage of decay.
It will take a massive awakening of the American populace to reverse course and prevent the country from falling down the predictable route of civilizational collapse.
The US will be no exception to this trend if things don’t reverse course anytime soon.
In the meantime, make sure to check out George Gammon’s video on how the American Empire could potentially collapse.

“This paper has shown that students’ facial attractiveness impacts academic outcomes when classes are held in person,” the study concluded.“As education moved online following the onset of the pandemic, the grades of attractive female students deteriorated. This finding implies that the female beauty premium observed when education is in-person is likely to be chiefly a consequence of discrimination,” it continued.
In what we’re sure is simply totally a coincidence and nothing more, the grades of attractive female students examined by a new study fell after classes were moved online during the Covid lockdowns.
A brand new research paper called “Student beauty and grades under in-person and remote teaching” found that “when education is in-person, attractive students receive higher grades”.
The same study found that “grades of attractive females declined when teaching was conducted remotely” and that “the effect is only present in courses with significant teacher–student interaction.”
The paper had a jury of 74 people rate the looks of 307 engineering students on a scale of 1 to 10. From there, it looked at the data behind the students’ grades prior to, and during, pandemic lockdowns, at the Industrial Engineering Program at Lund University.
“This paper has shown that students’ facial attractiveness impacts academic outcomes when classes are held in person,” the study concluded.
“As education moved online following the onset of the pandemic, the grades of attractive female students deteriorated. This finding implies that the female beauty premium observed when education is in-person is likely to be chiefly a consequence of discrimination,” it continued.
“On the contrary, for male students, there was still a significant beauty premium even after the introduction of online teaching. The latter finding suggests that for males, in particular, beauty can be a productivity-enhancing attribute.”
“The pandemic provided us with a great opportunity to disentangle whether this beauty premium is due to discrimination or the result of some productive attribute,” the author of the study, Adrian Mehic of Lund University, told The Times.
Hungary led the charge by blocking €18 billion ($18.6 billion) in financial aid the European Commission planned to send. This threw a wrench into the plans of Brussels, as the money cannot go to Kyiv without the full approval of all 27 European Union member countries as per budget rules.
“We will certainly not support any kind of joint EU borrowing in this field,” Hungarian Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Peter Szijjarto told a newspaper in his home country. According to the minister, it had already spent hundreds of millions of euros to support health, education and cultural institutions in Ukraine. Szijjarto added that Budapest earlier supported the EU’s joint borrowing during the pandemic.
In response, leaders of various EU nations joined Brussels in denouncing Budapest. Mainstream media outlets also pointed their fingers at Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who they accused of repeatedly neglecting EU norms and attempting to woo Russian President Vladimir Putin in the past.
An estimated 100,000 Italians protested in the capital Rome, calling on the government of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to stop sending weapons to Ukraine. Numerous Catholic associations, trade unions and peace groups reportedly organized the demonstration.
In Greece, workers in the capital Athens went on a day-long strike to denounce soaring inflation and skyrocketing energy prices as a result of sanctions imposed by the West on Moscow. The laborers in Athens were backed by unions such as the General Confederation of Greek Workers and ADEDY, which represents civil servants.
Meanwhile, in the Czech Republic, around 70,000 people took to the streets to denounce Prague for its role in the energy crisis. The participants called on the government to maintain direct gas contracts with Russia to solve the ongoing energy crisis. (Related: 70,000 protesters swarm Prague in protest of energy crisis: “Europe on the brink.”)
Even the GOP is tired of sending money to Kyiv
Professor Joe Siracusa, an expert on American politics at Curtin University in Western Australia, said the Hungarians and Italians “have every right” to voice their opposition to continued funding toward Ukraine.
“There’s going to be more of it,” he remarked. “I think every nation in Europe is going to do what they think they have to do to survive the winter and to get on with life.”
But according to Siracusa, Republican lawmakers in the U.S. – set to take control of the House of Representatives in January 2023 – are also tired of allocating huge amounts of money for Kyiv. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said the GOP won’t give a “blank check” to Kyiv. The expert remarked that McCarthy, who is gunning for the House speaker position, will have a “very, very important” role.
“Republicans will win the House of Representatives. They’re in control of the purse – and they can make sure that the House, where all money bills originate, will not give Ukraine another penny,” he said.
“If you don’t control the House, and all you need is 218 votes, you don’t need a red wave. You don’t need a 30- [or] 40-seat majority. All you need is one vote, and they got 218. Winning the House is more important than winning the Senate.”
While Siracusa pointed out that the GOP was “hesitating before the [midterm] election,” he continued that there is only so much Washington can give to Kyiv before the former’s arsenal becomes empty.
The expert ultimately referenced remarks by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who said that “as far as she … and a number of Republicans are concerned, Ukraine is not an ally and Russia is not an enemy.”

“Malhotra posted a video on Twitter that the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine is possibly the “primary cause in all unexpected cardiac arrests, heart attacks, strokes, cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure since 2021, until proven otherwise.”
“Last October, Malhotra urged for a suspension of the COVID-19 vaccines because a scientific paper has found that there is evidence the risk of harm is greater than any benefits from the vaccines.”

In a video interview, McCullough explained that before Big Pharma started pushing the COVID-19 vaccines, athletes who suddenly died were usually diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (an abnormal thickening of the heart) or premature heart blockage.
However, athletes are now being thoroughly screened to rule out those conditions. McCullough also said that peer-reviewed literature has revealed that the coronavirus can cause myocarditis.
McCullough also referenced a case report published in the journal Archives of Pathology that discovered a link between the second dose of Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine and myocarditis in two adolescents.
In one case report by South Korean researchers, they reported the autopsy findings of a 22-year-old man who developed chest pain five days after receiving his first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. The man died seven hours later.
Assume it’s the COVID-19 vaccine until proven otherwise, says McCullough
McCullough explained that if someone dies and the victim’s family or doctors don’t say anything, it’s reasonable to assume that the death may be linked to the COVID-19 vaccine until proven otherwise.
He added that as a cardiologist and scientist, his goal isn’t to scare the public. He considers his advice as “more of a public warning” because there is a “strong signal for sudden death that’s almost certainly due to subclinical or clinical myocarditis.”
The two emerging patterns of “sudden death” are that it usually happens during a cardio-intensive sporting event or during sleep. During both cases, the patient experiences a surge of adrenaline that helps their body naturally during these periods.
However, adrenaline also seems to be a trigger for the arrhythmias.
The natural biochemical change toward the end of the sleep cycle signals your body to wake up, added McCullough. Similarly, catecholamines, the hormones produced by the adrenal glands, are released in response to physical exertion or emotional stress.
Catecholamines can stress your heart and cause it to beat arrhythmically. Unfortunately, if there is also inflammation and scarring, the mechanism can cause death.
Vaccine status in many sudden death cases remains unreported
McCullough said that coronavirus vaccines “have surpassed any guardrails for safety” so they all need to be pulled off the market and that vaccine mandates must be rescinded.
He also highlighted the fact that in many news stories of sudden deaths, the vaccine status isn’t reported. He encouraged the victim’s families to help by indicating if they did or didn’t take COVID-19 vaccines prior to their deaths.
He referenced one case involving the 17-year-old daughter of Illinois Rep. Sean Casten who died in her sleep this June.
While Casten indicated in a Twitter post before her death that his daughter had been fully vaccinated, the family released a statement saying, “We don’t know what caused the arrhythmia, and likely never will.”
Dr. Aseem Malhotra, a top London cardiologist who was one of the first to take the COVID-19 vaccine and promote it on British television, is now warning his colleagues and the public that he has evidence linking “sudden deaths” to the vaccines.
Malhotra posted a video on Twitter that the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine is possibly the “primary cause in all unexpected cardiac arrests, heart attacks, strokes, cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure since 2021, until proven otherwise.”
Last October, Malhotra urged for a suspension of the COVID-19 vaccines because a scientific paper has found that there is evidence the risk of harm is greater than any benefits from the vaccines.

“Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.” Kissinger
The latest report from the United Nations (UN) Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) indicates that the global aggregate of food import costs has reached nearly $2 trillion in 2022 due to runaway inflation.
The FAO’s “Food Outlook” explains that the cost of importing wheat, rice, maize, vegetable oils, and pretty much all other farm goods will soon reach an all-time high, topping the previous record high that was reached in 2021 by at least 10 percent.
As food prices increase and other currencies besides the United States dollar depreciate, the FAO does expect some degree of demand destruction. Still, the poorest countries could face mass starvation as food prices soar out of reach. (Related: Even “First World” countries like the United Kingdom are crumbling under the pressure of inflation.)
Developing countries that heavily rely on food imports will be hit the hardest, especially as they face insurmountable and ever-rising debt. Many such nations are rapidly burning through their dollar stockpiles – faster than in the past two decades, we are told.
The money changers that control the U.S economy and its Federal Reserve Note currency Ponzi scheme have ensured that other currencies can no longer compete against it, which is impoverishing other countries lower on the totem pole at an astounding rate.
“Falling emerging market currencies means the purchasing power of importing has declined,” reports Zero Hedge. “It comes as global food prices remain at lofty levels.”
Is a day of reckoning coming for the United States once the collapse hits our shores?
In the report, the FAO’s Markets and Trade Division warns that “[t]hese are alarming signs from a food security perspective, indicating importers are finding it difficult to finance rising international costs, potentially heralding an end to their resilience to higher international prices.”
Perhaps the most known example of this is Sri Lanka, which has been in an economic free-fall ever since it outlawed the use of crop fertilizer a few years back. Earlier this year, Sri Lanka ran out of reserves while at the same time defaulting on its overseas bonds, leaving it with no money to import basic necessities like food and fuel.
This sparked widespread rioting and social upheaval, a phenomenon that has since spread like a contagion – you might even say like a virus – to other countries that are similarly very low on the food chain.
The more things unravel, the worse things are going to get for the world’s poorest countries. However, after those are decimated, richer countries will follow suit in ways many cannot even fathom.
The Titanic itself, the United States corporation, will finally and justifiably inherit the consequences of the mess its leaders have made by raping and pillaging not only the world but its own citizens, all so the “elite” could capture limitless power and financial gain.
For the time being, the U.S. and other top-dog nations are still siphoning the cream of the crop. The best of what the world has to offer continues to be imported while the developing world is lucky to even just get staples – but it will not stay like this forever.
Keep in mind that fertilizer costs continue to skyrocket, up 48 percent this year compared to last. This will, once again, hit poorer countries the hardest, at least at first. Eventually, though, it will catch up with everyone, including Mystery Babylon herself.
“Global unrest, inflation flood of illegal immigration, soaring energy costs … no wonder the market is soaring,” joked one commenter about how fake and ridiculous the U.S. financial system is.
Another quoted Henry Kissinger who once said:
“Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.”

The conflict in Ukraine is a hybrid war, in which Russia is essentially facing the Western nations that triggered the crisis in the first place, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has insisted. He gave the assessment on Tuesday on the sidelines of the summit of G20 leaders in Indonesia.
The minister, who heads the Russian delegation, revealed that the US and its allies were pushing to include the Ukraine issue in the final summit declaration, which participants are set to sign on Wednesday.
“They wanted to add wording that would have condemned the actions of Russia on behalf of the entire G20 club, including Russia itself,” Lavrov said. Moscow’s delegation believes the Ukraine issue to be irrelevant to the summit agenda, but suggested reflecting the spectrum of opinion on the conflict, he added.
“Sure, there is a war underway in Ukraine. A hybrid war that was unleashed by the West and which it prepared for many years, starting with the moment it supported the [2014] armed coup [in Ukraine] and the empowerment of openly racist and neo-Nazi powers,” the diplomat added.
The launch this week of an EU mission to train 15,000 Ukrainian troops over two years, is the latest example Western nations taking part in the “hybrid war”, Lavrov told journalists. Arming and funding Ukrainian troops, supplying intelligence and assisting with identifying targets, which Western nations do, make them participants, he explained.
Lavrov noted that Western nations resembled the USSR in the way they championed the Ukraine cause at unrelated forums. During Communist Party gatherings in Soviet factories “it was considered correct to start a discussion with the obligatory condemnation of American imperialism. Western nations have used a similar approach at the G20,” he noted.
By repeating the mantra about Russia’s supposedly “unprovoked aggression” against Ukraine, Western nations are convincing non-aligned countries that the conflict was actually provoked by them and was not an act of aggression by Russia, but a legitimate response to threats created by the West, Lavrov stated.
“Our citizens should know the urgent facts…but they don’t because our media serves imperial, not popular interests. They lie, deceive, connive and suppress what everyone needs to know, substituting managed news misinformation and rubbish for hard truths…”—Oliver Stone
