  1. If we stopped eating meat, bread and cereal, potatoes, white rice, dairy, and sweets, we’d probably be very happy to eat 10 or more portions of fruits and veggies a day. I don’t know about now but in the past according to movies I’ve seen the British ate an unbelievable amount of meat and unbelievably few fruits and veggies.
