An inside look at how dirty the Democratic Party can be, hiring actors to incite violence, while working on behalf of the Hillary Clinton campaign.
(…) Various people appear in the video, complete with both audio and video, saying how they skirt the laws of our nation to engage in corruption. Hillary Clinton’s campaign is not allowed to directly collude with the phony actors on the ground, so they use degrees of separation by hiring consultants. These consultants then go on to sub contract work “on the ground” such as the actors who engage in fake riots and protests. Everyone is aware of each other, and in some cases, answer to those all the way at the top, either in the Clinton campaign or the DNC itself…
With information coming out of WikiLeaks at a fast and furious pace, it’s difficult for the average person to keep up with the many bombshell revelations being exposed. This is happening so much that the most damning evidence is ending up as background noise in the 24-hour election news cycle without ever making it into the mainstream news.
On October 7th, 2016, WikiLeaks publish thousands of emails belonging to John Podesta’s private email archives. More emails have been released in the days that followed. Podesta is Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign Chairman. He previously served as Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton and Counselor to President Barack Obama.
The Podesta emails give insight into why there has been such little fanfare in the mainstream media regarding many of the most damning allegations against Clinton.
The fact that most of the newsworthy information contained in the emails is not being reported by the corporate media is indicative of the incestuous relationship between the mainstream media and the Clinton campaign – and is on full display in the Podesta emails.
While there are dozens of bombshell revelations contained within the emails – including transcripts of speeches to Wall St. banks that Clinton had refused to release, hidden policy positions, and evidence of collusion with brutal regimes – the most damning is the collusion and control of the U.S. media on display in the emails.
Essentially, the media has been weaponized as a means of controlling public opinion by propagandizing the American people. World renowned academic Noam Chomsky, in his book Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media, Chomsky — detailed how U.S. media frequently serve as an errand boy for U.S. corporate, military and imperial interests.
Chomsky forwarded the idea of what he called a “propaganda model.” Although the book was written in 1988, it speaks precisely to what is currently taking place and clearly revealed in the Podesta emails.
The media serve, and propagandize on behalf of, the powerful societal interests that control and finance them. The representatives of these interests have important agendas and principles that they want to advance, and they are well positioned to shape and constrain media policy. – Chomsky
With knowledge of what is currently transpiring, here are the ten most damning Clinton emails regarding the media’s collusion with her presidential campaign, with hotlinks to the original WikiLeaks release.
1. Clinton Staff hosts private “off-the-record cocktail party” with 38 “influential” reporters, journalists, editors, and anchors (from 16 different mainstream media outlets including CNN, NBC, CBS, NYT, MSNBC, and more) with the stated goal of “framing the race.”
2. Donna Brazile (CNN contributor at the time, and current DNC Chairman now) leaked CNN town hall questions to Hillary Clinton’s staff prior to the debate.
3. Clinton campaign and the New York Times coordinating attack strategy against Trump.
4. Glen Thrush, POLITICO’s chief political correspondent and senior staff writer for POLITICO Magazine, sends John Podesta an article for his approval. Writes: “Please don’t share or tell anyone I did this. Tell me if I fucked up anything.”
5. Huffington Post contributor, Frank Islam, writes to John Podesta in an email titled “My blogs in the Huffington Post”, says “I am committed to make sure she is elected the next president.” “Please let me know if I can be of any service to you.”
6. Clinton staffer “Placing a story” with Politico / New York Times: “place a story with a friendly journalist” “we have a very good relationship with Maggie Haberman of Politico” “we should shape likely leaks in the best light for HRC.”
7. John Podesta receiving drafts of New York Times articles before they’re published.
Clinton staff “placing a story with a friendly at the AP (Matt Lee or Bradley Klapper).”
More media collusion: NYT and AP “helpful” to Clinton campaign.
8. Clinton staff colluding with New York Times and Wall Street Journal to paint Hillary’s economic policies in a “progressive” light.
9. CNBC panelist colluding with John Podesta on what to ask Trump when he calls in for an interview.
10. Clinton staff appearing to control the release times of Associated Press articles.
The reality revealed in these emails is one of media collusion with powerful interests, which only serve to keep the American people in the dark about what is actually transpiring. The exact opposite of transparency.

In a controversial and risky move, the organization Doctors Without Borders (DWB) officially refused a donation of one million pneumonia vaccines to make a point about the extremely high cost of vaccines.
The humanitarian organization has been protesting the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer in an effort to get them to lower the price of their pneumonia vaccine for some time. This is the latest in a series of moves against the corporation, but it’s certainly the most severe.
Pneumonia is a leading cause of death among children worldwide, as almost one million children died of the disease in 2015 and it accounts for 15 percent of all deaths in children under the age of 5. Since DWB refused the vaccine, approximately one million people will not receive the shot and their chances of survival lessen.
Of course, the organization is not without their reasons in regards to boycotting Pfizer and their handouts. It’s Pfizer that offered to give the vaccines to the organization, and it was their way of quieting the group because they have been demanding the price be lowered for so long. Considering the company made $6.245 billion in revenue from vaccines alone last year, the donation was likely inconsequential.
The drug company has multiple patents the vaccine and the process used to make it, which makes it difficult for competitors to produce a vaccine just as effective, but less costly. Since the drug was introduced in 2009, DWB has been trying to find a more cost-efficient way to buy the vaccine but has lacked the resources to purchase it.
While accepting the vaccines would have helped current patients being treated by DWB, it would serve to “undermine long-term efforts” to increase access to the drug for people in developing nations. Jason Cone, executive director of DWB, explained on Medium,
“Donations are often used as a way to make others ‘pay up.’ By giving the pneumonia vaccine away for free, pharmaceutical corporations can use this as justification for why prices remain high for others, including other humanitarian organizations and developing countries that also can’t afford the vaccine.”
Cone emphasizes that there is no such thing as “free” vaccines. On top of the restrictions usually given for when/who/where the vaccines can be given, there are also larger implications. He also said,
“[Donations] remove incentives for new manufacturers to enter a market when it’s absorbed through a donation arrangement. We need competition from new companies to bring down prices overall — something we don’t have currently for the pneumonia vaccine.”
Though it was an extremely tough decision to make, DWB has their eyes on bigger, long-term goals and they know they made the right decision for the future well-being of billions of people in the world rather than just one million.
In contrast, one competitor that has recently agreed to lower its price for humanitarian organizations is GSK; their new price would be $3.05 per dose or $9.15 per child for all three doses needed for full vaccination. Pfizer has not made any similar concessions and continues to stand by their price. DWB and organizations worldwide are asking that they lower the pneumonia vaccine to $5 per child to make a meaningful difference for children around the globe.
In this powerful and groundbreaking episode Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt welcomes back Former Assistant HUD Secretary Catherine Austin Fitts. High consumption of vitamin and mineral-rich foods throughout early adulthood delays the biological process of aging, according to new data from South Korea.
The study, which followed the aging process of nearly 2,000 middle-aged and older adults for ten years, found that consumption of micronutrients including vitamin C, folate and potassium was associated with delayed biological aging.
Writing in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, the Korean researchers noted that until now there have been few studies investigating the potential association between nutrient intake and biological aging as measured by leukocyte telomere length (LTL) — which they suggested “may reflect cumulative oxidative stress and indicate biological aging.”
Can you add years to your life by making smarter food choices? Yes! There are many variables involved in how long you live, but by following a healthy lifestyle, staying active and eating a nutrient-packed diet, you can help slow the aging process and perhaps even stave off age-related diseases, including osteoporosis, diabetes and heart disease.
Studies have shown that people who eat mostly plant-based foods look younger than their real physical age. And if that is true, it sure makes sense to include plant-based, anti-aging foods in our diet.
“We observed longitudinal positive associations between the consumption of vitamin C, folate and potassium and LTL, and these associations were more apparent in middle-aged adults compared to older participants,” the team, led by J.-Y. Lee from Kookmin University in South Korea, said.
“Although the associations were moderate because dietary information was collected 10 years before LTL was measured, our findings are supportive, to a certain degree, of the hypothesis that earlier consumption of antioxidant nutrients and B-vitamins involved in one-carbon transfer pathways is associated with longer LTL, suggesting the effects of nutrient intake on biological aging.”
Lee and colleagues investigated potential longitudinal associations between the consumption of micronutrients — including antioxidant nutrients and B vitamins involved in one-carbon transfer pathways — and LTL.
The population-based cohort, followed for ten years, included 1,958 middle-aged and older Korean men and women aged between 40 and 69 years at baseline.
“We collected dietary information at baseline using a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (…) and assessed the consumption of micronutrients, including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 (folate), C and E, as well as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc,” said the team — adding that LTL was measured using real-time polymerase chain reaction at the 10-year follow-up examination.
After adjusting for potential confounders, Lee and colleagues found that LTL was positively associated with the consumption of vitamin C (P < 0.05), folate (P = 0.05) and potassium (P = 0.05) in all participants.
“We observed no association between LTL and consumption of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and E, calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc,” they added.
When the team then looked at how the age of participants played a role, using an age-stratified analysis, they found that the association between the consumption of vitamin C, folate and potassium with telomere length was significant only among participants under 50 years of age.
Such a result could partly be explained by a generational difference in consumption of vitamin C, folate and potassium — though they added that the smaller sample size in older participants than in younger participants may also be a factor given that a previous cross-sectional that showed significant associations for vitamin C and folate intake did not show any age-related effect.
“Our findings suggest that the earlier consumption of vitamin C, folate and potassium, which are abundant in fruits and vegetables, can delay biological aging in middle-aged and older adults,” concluded the South Korean team.
Happy birthday Sha Tara! All the best and many more!
[thoughts from ~burning woman~ by Sha’Tara]
Over the years which this world has claimed from me, the one I refer to as “me” has awakened from the induced mind-sleep of the Matrix environment that holds this world, and this universe, in its bondage to the space-time impression of reality. No longer the zombie, I awakened to a strange reality that when shared with others who appear as like to me, did not understand it. They feared it, mocked it, or avoided it.
Early in this incarnation I became aware of the greatest loneliness: having no one else to share this awakening and disturbing “me” with. Then came acceptance of the fact that even in the most intimate of relationships, or groups of like-minded action people, I remained completely alone. Then came a new longing: for being truly alone. Never do I feel more lost than among people interacting on their various social levels whose emotion-laden stories, however poignant, however brutal, or however marvellous, bear no similarity to my stories. I hear them, as in a movie, a novel, a dream, or the thundering of a stormy sea against the rock-strewn shore in the darkness. The only connection I feel is through my choice of compassion as my life’s companion.
I awakened to my own reality of past lives and gradually future lives manifested also in my hungry mind. I learned early on that I come from infinity, from spirit, formless, existing beyond time and space. I learned that I am a mind, that which encompasses infinity without and within space-time, and I learned that I am also of this place, a place called Earth. I learned bits and pieces of my history, and discovering my many names, which as they were added to each other, allowed my mind to expand to n-th degrees beyond the limitations of Matrix-controlled *ISSA lives.
It took a lifetime to realize the necessity of rejecting the Matrix programming I was born with; of overthrowing the labels my parents, and society in general, chained me to; of rejecting, one by one, every aspect of mankind’s civilization as having any worth in my quest for self-awareness and self-knowledge.
I know why I did it, but how I did it could be of some interest to others in a similar quandary, i.e., being in this world but not of this world. I did it by plunging myself wholeheartedly in everything the Matrix offered me for success: my religion; my schools (education); my family; my politics and finally, my profession and the things I owned and accumulated to “prove” my worth. I left no stone unturned to make sure I knew what each one offered, and this is what I discovered: each one was a dead-end street. Each attempt at proving my Earthian worth to myself fell flat. I could have succeeded in any endeavour. I had the brain skills, certainly, with determination and focus. I possessed charisma (and note that I write that in the past tense.)
Here’s the funny part: I offered myself in service of the Matrix’ three major powers: religion, politics and money. But because I explored all of them and not just one or two, I literally broke out of the labyrinth. I discovered their utter emptiness; the smoke and mirrors; the three wizards desperately trying to keep their illusions going. But such illusions only work on zombies. Break out and you can never again be captured by the siren song of their artificial life.
Break out and you can begin to sense the greater reality. You feel that inner freedom that makes things of earth indeed seem like the paltry items a prisoner is allowed to keep in his cell. You realize how much of a prison earth has become for man, and how with each passing day as man’s limits to growth are exceeded in rising numbers and dwindling resources, the prison tightens its security and adds to its bars and razor wire; to its walls’ height. How those who manage the prison increase the pressure upon the prisoners to distrust, fear and hate each other so they will rely upon the guards and wardens for their safety; so they will never realize that their only value to the prison system is how much they sweat, shed tears, bleed and die to serve, feed and entertain their oppressors.
I learned to look beyond the prison walls at a different world which I call the cosmos. I looked at life in infinite freedom and discovered the means to escape the prison and travel across space and time. I no longer needed a body to do this and realized the limitations of the Matrix programming. It could not follow me, in fact it was unaware of my “escapes.” All it saw was a body, either asleep or dutifully performing its slave’s work.
No longer a slave to divinities, politicians or bosses… or of emerging revolutionary forces which I knew if successful in their bid for power would only replace the existing oppressive structures with more of same old, same old. No longer lining up to the trunk of the snake oil salesman and his alcohol and cocaine-laced cure-alls. I taught myself the freedom to spend days alone in nature, observing changing seasons, the rise and ebb of waters, the movement and calls of birds, growing plants and the various fauna that inhabited them and lived from them. I saw earth as I was meant to see it without Matrix blinders of fear or need of conquest and destruction.
I’ve just past the seventieth year marker in an Earthian body. Seems like a long time in earth times, but a blink of an eye in cosmic terms. Quite a dichotomy, living between worlds, having a physical presence tied to a tiny world and a mind presence ever seeking new knowledge, adventure and experiences in endless, nameless places and non-places.
Now I observe this tiny world seething with discord, it’s self-styled ruling intelligence without a clue how to proceed into its near and threatening future. I observe this intelligence plunging itself deeper into oblivious mindlessness, into planetary denial of its own reality. Unwilling to take responsibility for itself as a species it can only turn upon itself and its world, a mad dog chasing and eating its own tail and hating the tail for causing it pain as it is being chewed.
What can I say more: that I’m glad I’m no longer a prisoner of the programming? Certainly I am glad, for myself. How do I feel about the rest of this world; about its growing insanity and its denial of the doom it has created for itself? I’m a compassionate being and I experience the deepest of sorrow for this world. It’s not feelings I have, it’s awareness.
In a no-time and no-place, in the Nexus, is a world I call Altaria. My Teachers studied and taught there and I’ve got a “date” for my own entry into that world. When I am there I will be asked this very important question: what did you do, within your limited sphere of influence, to try and motivate your people to realize their peril and change their ways? And I will have an answer, and it will suffice. “I offered them the gift of compassion, but they turned it down. Ineffective, pie-in-the-sky they replied. So I offered them sorrow instead. They didn’t understand that either. They could not understand how experiencing sorrow leads to joy and creates empathy. I thought it was because these ideas are too simple. Then I realized they are much too complex and involved for the average Earthian mind, enslaved to Matrix programming, to grasp how a certain kind of powerlessness gives rise to the greatest of all power. Though they are inveterate gamblers they dared not gamble at this table. So I played alone and won.”
And by the way, for those who wonder at these thoughts, this is not fiction. This is my life. I’ll let you all know when I write fiction.
